We want you to have the best experience possible and enjoy shopping with us. For most orders, please allow up to 21 business days for delivery but below outlines further specifics surrounding shipping timeframes for different parts of the world. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases orders arrive well before the maximum timeframe.
If you have any questions, issues or need assistance with tracking your order please use the 'Contact Us' link on top of this page. We will respond within 24 hours to your email. Tracking information is available within 4-5 business days from the day we sent you the tracking code.

Receiving Your Goods
We are not responsible for customers who provide incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undeliverable items will end up being returned back to us so please ensure the address provided is correct at the time of purchase. You can reach out to us if you wish to make changes before dispatch.
We are not responsible for unclaimed packages. It is your responsibility to make sure someone is at home on the day of delivery or to arrange redelivery/collection. After several failed delivery attempts, the postal company may return the items) back, in which case you will need to inform us so we can arrange a replacement. In the event of a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost from the total refund amount.
If you choose a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or arrange collection from another location, it's your responsibility to receive the package - we won't be liable for any loss or damage via these methods.

The purpose of Mystery Champions is to send our customers a random shirt, we DO NOT accept returns and DO NOT offer refunds.
However the satisfaction of our customers is our main priority, so in very extreme cases, for example if you have received a damaged item or the size is hugely different to expected or you really do not like the shirt, we can offer a one time exchange.
Important note; if you are wanting to exchange your mystery football shirt for another size we will try to match the shirt you initially had, although due to stock limitations this might not always be possible as shirts are limited and vary in stock.
If your reason for an exchange is that would you prefer a different team's shirt we can only exchange this for you once, anything more will not be accepted.
You must return the shirt in the condition you received it in. We don't accept any items without tags and if it has damage caused to them.
IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURNS FEE AND EVERY ITEM RETURNED TO US MUST BE TRACKED.
To do this you MUST print out and complete the below form when you return the shirt to us. If you do not attach this form when you return your shirt this makes it very hard for us to locate your order and we can’t guarantee you will receive a replacement if that is the case.
