Receiving Your Goods
We are not responsible for customers who provide incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undeliverable items will end up being returned back to us so please ensure the address provided is correct at the time of purchase. You can reach out to us if you wish to make changes before dispatch.
We are not responsible for unclaimed packages. It is your responsibility to make sure someone is at home on the day of delivery or to arrange redelivery/collection. After several failed delivery attempts, the postal company may return the items) back, in which case you will need to inform us so we can arrange a replacement. In the event of a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost from the total refund amount.
If you choose a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or arrange collection from another location, it's your responsibility to receive the package - we won't be liable for any loss or damage via these methods.

Returns -
The purpose of Mystery Champions is to send our customers a random shirt, we DO NOT accept returns and DO NOT offer refunds.
However the satisfaction of our customers is our main priority, so in very extreme cases, for example if you have received a damaged item or the size is hugely different to expected or you really do not like the shirt, we can offer a one time exchange.
Important note; if you are wanting to exchange your mystery football shirt for another size we will try to match the shirt you initially had, although due to stock limitations this might not always be possible as shirts are limited and vary in stock.
If your reason for an exchange is that would you prefer a different team's shirt we can only exchange this for you once, anything more will not be accepted.
You must return the shirt in the condition you received it in. We don't accept any items without tags and if it has damage caused to them.
IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURNS FEE AND EVERY ITEM RETURNED TO US MUST BE TRACKED.
To do this you MUST print out and complete the below form when you return the shirt to us. If you do not attach this form when you return your shirt this makes it very hard for us to locate your order and we can’t guarantee you will receive a replacement if that is the case.

Sure that is no problem, When filling out which teams you want to avoid after adding your shirt to cart, enter your friends name and we will ensure you don’t receive the same shirt! Equally if you want the same shirt as them, let us know & we will make sure it's done!
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Your mystery football shirt from Mystery Champions will be dispatched within 2 days. From that point, all orders arrive within 1-3 days for UK customers, and a fully tracked service European & International customers. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way until it is at your door. Packages may be delayed beyond our control due to Brexit and Coronavirus.
I AM NOT IN LOVE WITH MY ORDER, CAN IT BE RETURNED? CAN I GET A REFUND?
As the purpose of Mystery Champions is to send our customers a shirt at random, we DO NOT offer refunds.
That being said, the satisfaction of our customers is our main priority. We offer full 30 day exchange policy provided the product is returned in the same condition it was sent out.
This means if the shirt has been detagged, worn, washed or marked then we cannot take it back.
How to Instigate an Exchange:
Contact us using our form, letting us know the reason why you want a exchange & your order number.
We will then get back you to, letting you know if your return is accepted and where to send the return.
We recommend sending Royal Mail tracked delivery with full insurance value.
Please include your order number in your return.
When will I get my exchanged shirt?
Upon arrival of the return at our HQ we will ship a new shirt within 48 hours.
DO WE SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we send our mystery boxes to any country around the world! (all items are fully tracked and insured).
We offer a flat rate of £15 for international deliveries. (import charges not included)

Yes! All of our shirts are 100% authentic. We have a high stanard and we will NEVER sell conterfit shirts as it is illegal.
CAN I FILTER MY SHIRT?
Yes! After you add the Mystery Shirt to your cart you will be asked which teams, leagues & nations you wish to avoid in the order notes section.
