An absolutely amazing service from the guys at Mystery Champions from start to finish. Easy to order but unfortunately when my son opened the shirt on Xmas day it was slightly too small. Once I’d contacted the guys they arranged for the shirt to be sent back and within days the replacement larger shirt was delivered. Highly recommended company to deal with. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here in the UK will take 1-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you offer returns?
We offer full 14 day returns provided the product is returned in the same condition it was sent out in.
This means if the shirt has been worn, detagged, washed or marked then we cannot take it back.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! We have options for 1,2 or 3 month deliveries on our Mystery Football shirt boxes!
We keep notes on every shirt sent so you won't get a duplicate!
Can I tell you what clubs to avoid?
Yes! We do this to ensure you get the BEST shirts for YOU. Our team will hand pick your shirt knowing what to avoid.
After you add the Mystery Shirt to your cart you will see a section to add leagues/teams to avoid in cart notes!
Are your Football shirts authentic?
Yes! All of our shirts are licensed and authentic with tags.
